Nine Sisters Grapefruit Gin is distilled in a traditional still. Severalfresh ecological ingredients contribute to an exquisite, complex andrefined gin.
Ingredients
Ecological wheat spirit, juniper berries, coriander, cinnamon, angelica, liquorice root, lemon, orange and grapefruit peel, orris root, pine shoots, rosé pepper, willow herb, dill and nori.
Production methods
Ecological wheat spirit is re-distilled in a pot still and column still with certified ecological botanicals
Ecological spirits from Fedje
The recently-established craft distillery Feddie Distillery is located on Fedje, a beautiful island off the west coast of Norway. Here we produce ecological gin, aquavit and malt spirit for whisky.
Our distillers, Therese Storebø Østervold, Craig Brownhill and the rest of the team, ensure that our products constantly meet the highest quality. As well as distilling gin, Therese is a well-known cocktail bartender. This ensures that our recipes are produced with insights into how the products are actually used.
